Lesson Seventeen: Spiritual Self Defense

Welcome to Lesson Seventeen!

 

Introduction

So far we’ve applied the Spiritual Self Defense process to negative feelings like fear, shame, invalidation that come from pain lies. Now we’ll take this same process and apply it to some new situations like temptation, guilt, and sadness.

In Lesson Eighteen, we discuss the process of forgiving others. This is one of the most powerful applications of Spiritual Self Defense—when Jesus gives us the supernatural ability to forgive.
